I'm Not Laughing lyrics in English

Sunday, May 14, 2017
by: Ellysha Zuraimi

Over a thousand times you
wrote the words “I love you”
In every corner of my heart
and now you come and
You leave me like the wife
and like dust in a corner of a room,
You push me aside and you say,
let’s break up
And without even knowing,
I slap you across the cheek and
I shook off the ground that held on to my
feet and walked for a
long time and promised to myself
I will never put you by my side ever again
All the efforts I did to protect you till now
I cut them all up and throw them into the racing cars
With laughter mixed with tears,
I come up with this faith that I will be better off than you,
into that deep darkness
I’m not really laughing
I’m not really walking in your memories
I shed tears and wait for you

A couple of days pass
and like a lonely street in late autumn,
Like a fisherman who sits alone by the water,
I’m exhausted by loneliness and waiting
I chain smoke and cough endlessly
and I crazily go into the memories
With your cute voice,
I crumbled like a bent tree branch
I was embraced in her arms
and expanded in a sweet dream
You joked that you will forever cling onto me
Wherever we went, whoever we met,
it was always us two
So it was always joyful
and we were always happy
It was like that but now,
she’s not by my side
I walk this night street with loneliness once again
In my heart that let you go
Tears come up and
shake me and hurt me
In my two eyes that let you go
Darkness comes to me again
I want to forget you, I want to forget you
No matter how much I shout out,
it doesn’t work
I regret because I
couldn’t take care of you.

Lyric Review: Someday

Friday, May 12, 2017
by: Ellysha Zuraimi

I always love lyrics written by Kang Gary. Kang Gary is a Korean Rapper that was featured in Leessang, a famous Korean Duo Group. The lyrics written by him are so subtle and he show his deep emotions in all of his lyrics. My favorite song is Someday. Here are the English lyrics to show few of his words that are so deep. I will just show few verse of the lyrics just to show to you, how he writes.

Someday.

After everything stopped, the time is silently ticking again
My sunken heart is once again suffocating as I am left alone
I get crazily sad even over the disappearing pain
Someday, having to endure this time without you will end as well
Someday, this love will be forgotten, my love that I long for
You, who always made it so hard for me
Someday, my sad love, my love that I long for
You always need to be happy after leaving me
These stairs of love always made me nervous
I’m so thankful to you for never letting go of my hand, not even for a single moment
Now leave me and be happy please, smile every day like you did in a picture with me
Continuous times of sadness and hardships, burning hearts
Nervous hands, the restraint of a cruel separation
It hurts then heals then hurts again
This repetition of pain is so hard, driving me crazy
I get crazily sad even over the disappearing pain
Someday, having to endure this time without you will end as well
Someday, this love will be forgotten,
You, who always made it so hard for me
Someday, my sad love, my love that I long for
You always need to be happy after leaving me
The only things I can do right now is hoping for your happiness
And letting time pass like this for the scars to heal
And though I want to call you, shutting my mouth
And continuously fighting against the endless regrets
I force myself to write the words of separation
I erase my past days one by one
Day by day, I blankly try to overcome these things
My everything, my hope, my love
After leaving me

BY: MIMI SUHAILA

First love, first heartbreak.
First job, first nightmare boss.

Fresh out of university and determined to dream big, Kate can hardly believe her luck when she lands a job as a 'little-bit-of-everything' to the world famous photo-journalist Lydia Schell. Better still, the job is in Paris and her guide to the most romantic city on earth is the handsome Olivier. The Berlin Wall is about to come tumbling down and the world feels full of possibility.

But the oh-so-charming Lydia turns out to be the boss from hell. The 'little-bit-of-everything' includes  collecting under-the-counter diet pills and walking a flatulent dog around the rainy streets of the sixth arrondissement. And the gorgeous Olivier? He happens to be dating Lydia's daughter.....

As the two worlds of her disastrous job and exciting flirtation look set to collide, Kate is about to get a fast education in the french approach to having it all.

Love With No Reason

by: Ellysha Zuraimi

if love have reason, i think i am not going to marry at all.
if love have reason, i think my mother is not married.
if love have reason i' m not here right now.
if love have reason all of us are not here right now.
if love have reason we don't even exist right now.
Stop giving reason to love someone, stop asking why you love someone.

How To Be Both by Ali Smith

BY FARHIRA FARUDIN

I am currently reading this book written by Ali Smith. The book is divided into two parts; the first part is about a painter from the 14th century and the second part is about the life of a person who lives in the 60s. I bought this book for only RM 17.90 at Book Xcess. So far I am enjoying this book perhaps because of Ali Smith's unique writing style and also the peculiar settings for both of the main characters. Here I will share some of my favourite parts from the book:

"Cause I know this is not hell cause I am intrigued not hopeless and cause I am surely put here for some good use albeit mysterious: in hell there is no mystery cause in mystery there is always hope." (page 41)

"So always risk your skin, she said, and never fear losing it, cause it always does some good one way or another when the powers that be deign to take it off us." (page 64)

"Girl I remember it, the way the game of love makes the rest of the world disappear. Best not to watch it through such a small window, though. Best on the whole not to watch it at all: love is best felt: the acts of love are hard and disillusioning to view like this unless done by the greatest master picturemakers: otherwise the seeing of them being done and enjoyed by figuration of other people will always lock you outside them unless your pleasure comes from taking solo pleasure or pleasure art one remove, in which case, yes, that's your pleasure." (page 68)

"Cause nobody knows us: except our mothers, and they hardly do and also tend disappointingly to die before they ought. Or our fathers, whose failings while they're alive and absences after they're dead, infuriate. Or our siblings, who want us dead too cause what they know about us is that somehow we got away with not having to carry the bricks and stones like they did all those years. Cause nobody's the slightest idea who we are, not who we were, not even we ourselves." (page 96)

#Qotd : Broken

by: Ellysha Zuraimi

Well everyone have that time when they feels broken inside.  Its just how they deal with it.

How I deal with my brokenness *is the word even exist🤔

I usually use music to deal with my brokenness. I don't know why but I do feel relieved and calm when I listen to the lyrics and after that I just heal and act normally.

Its just the inside of me and I can deal with it.

Johor Bahru was founded in 1855 as Iskandar Puteri when the Sultanate of Johor came under the influence of Temenggong Daeng Ibrahim. The area was renamed "Johor Bahru" in 1862 and became the capital of the Sultanate when the Sultanate administration centre was moved there from Telok Blangah.

Dove and Pigeon

Friday, May 12, 2017
by: Ellysha Zuraimi

people do judge. people do give first impression. But its not about how people give first impressions. This is about how people treat dove lovely and not the same way to pigeon.

I picture dove as a women or men that have white skin, tall, beautiful or handsome.

and

I picture pigeon as short, fat, dark, and not as attractive as dove.

I do know that people choose the best for whatever reason is. But what if in organisation, this pigeon is a hardworking person, do heavy work and all. While dove only do things that is simple and easy.

It happened to some of us, it happened to me.

Do heavy works, lift heavy things, run from downstairs to upstairs and repeatedly while this dove is sitting on a chair just do simple work. And still this dove gets gratifications and thanks while no one thanked us the one who prepared everything and clean up every mess.

People. Do appreciate us, the pigeons. We are not KULI and we deserve a thanks.

I want to share about history Of Cappadocia

History of Cappadocia

Fairy chimneys came into beings by geographical events. In historical process, people used these fairy chimneys as their home. They built churchs and decorated with frescos. So, the traces of the civilisation through thousands of years can easily be seen today. In order to save this cultural treasure and not to have the region snatched, even Thalesfrom Milet, divided the Red River (Halys) into two parts and made the army pass through it to help Lydian King for making a stand against Persian attacks. He also carried outhis first scientific plans here. The names of the cities in Cappadocia were lost in this general statement because of the fame Cappadocia had and its being a well known state.

Natural beauty and cultural richness of Ãœrgüp, Avanos, Zelve and Göreme attracted a lot of historians and explorers for centuries. Cappadocia was known as “Catpatuca” in Persian agd and “Catpatukka” meant the area that the finest horses were raised. Nevertheless, there is still debate about where the origin of the word comes from: Hattie, Luid, Hittite and Assyrian or else. Therefore, resources about the horses were researched and important data were found. Hittites gave importance to horse raising between 1460 and 1190 BC. We know that they brought raisers from Mittanni and they wrote the recommendations given by these raisers on the tablets. So, they guaranteed the transition of the knowledge fort he next generations. In the state archives of Bogazköy, a work written by Kikkuli the young raiser from Mittani was found. Xenephon in 401 BC, Strappon from Amasya in 18 AD, Gregoir from Nissa from 334 to 394 AD and also a young grower from Maccan (Göreme) put information about the history the region for us.

Charged with the duty to go around the Mediterranean countries by French Kingdom, Paul Lucas was the first to introduce the region to Europe with his travel book. With the duty by French King Louis 14., he got amazed when he came around Ürgüp and Avanos in August, 1705. The fariy geological structue of the region, especially interesting rock houses that people lived, churches and interior confused him utterly.

FARHIRA FARUDIN

TRACK REVIEW: Werewolf by Fiona Apple

Friday, May 12, 2017
BY FARHIRA FARUDIN

Werewolf in every aspect is a poetic song.

The piano arrangement is nothing complex because the poetic lyrics play the major part of the song. To strengthen the powerful essence of it, she adds the sound of screaming children to coexist with her singing towards the end of the song.

Werewolf is the song to end a relationship for good. In the first verse, she points her finger to her partner by singing “I could liken you to a werewolf, the way you left me for dead,” but later she raises her hands up, understandably as an act to be the mature one, to partially take the blame as she continues with “But I admit that I provided the full moon.”

The relationship itself is an unfixable tragedy, albeit the partner is initially known as a ‘super guy’ and together they are akin of ‘a wishing well and a bolt of electricity’.

But, she has a full awareness that it would be an illogical act to perpetuate a relationship where neither wants to love anymore, and she sings “Cause in the end, I’m a sensible girl I know the fiction of the fix.”

She knows there’s nothing good can be done to fix it and there’s nothing wrong when a song ends in a minor key.

Listen to the song below:

A Dancer, I Reckon

Friday, May 12, 2017
BY FARHIRA FARUDIN

Alienated
Who I am is underappreciated.
I said, come, dance with me
This place is too colourful for us to be so standstill
Dance to my song – I wasn’t always this happy
Dance to our song – I was never this free
I’d like for us to dance and dance and dance till we pass out
If that’s okay with you. I want everything to be okay with you.
But you exuded boredom to my face
And suddenly I was a star without its glow
My head was filled with rage
I worked too hard for these dance steps to be forgotten
Your face looks familiar – like a useless man I am destined to avoid
I knew I deserve a better dance partner.
Slowly I isolated myself away from you,
But my foot is still tapping though
Under the spotlight, I am alone on this dance floor
Swirling my way through the song
My body moves to his soothing voice
My hair jumps along to his fancy riffs
“Yoouuu are noooot tooo blaaaammme foooorrrr.” I know, T.
Make him leave me alone.
Black never look so bleak
And in rainbows, I never felt so well.
I am in the wrong place but at the right time
I could leave and I could be a quitter.
Everyone around me walked away when the music ends.
So I hit replay,
And I knew I want to dance again.

This poem is originally published on Eksentrika, written by me.

You're Not There

Friday, May 12, 2017
This is my Favorite Song by Lukas Graham

I only got you in my stories

And you know I tell them right

I remember you and I, when I'm awake at night

So give it up for fallen glory

I never got to say goodbye

I wish I could ask for just a bit more time

Every step I take, you used to lead the way

Now I'm terrified to face it on my own

You're not there

To celebrate the man that you made

You're not there

To share in my success and mistakes

Is it fair?

You'll never know the person I'll be

You're not there

With me

Though I know that you're not there

I still write you all these songs

It's like you got the right to know what's going on

As I struggle to remember how you used to look and sound

At times I still think I can spot you in the crowd

Every step I take, you used to lead the way

And now I'm terrified to face it on my own

You're not there

To celebrate the man that you made

You're not there

To share in my success and mistakes

Is it fair?

You'll never know the person I'll be

You're not there

With me

Time can heal your wounds if you're strong and standing tall

I've been doing all of that, it didn't help at all

They say, "You'll grow older, and it'll get better still"

Yes, I will, but no, it won't

They don't get it's cause

You're not there

To celebrate the man that you made

You're not there

To share in my success and mistakes

Is it fair?

You'll never know the person I'll be

You're not there

With me

You're not there there there

You're not there there there

You're not there there there

You're not there there there

Poems about Life

We are the sum of experiences that we encounter as we go through life. Day to day struggles and triumphs are experienced by all of the world's creatures. As human beings, when we encounter a challenge, we have freedom to choose how to react. Every decision that we make leads us down a different road. We will never come to exactly the same crossroads. Every decision that we make has significance. The tiniest choice that we make reverberates throughout the entire universe.

Friday, May 12, 2017
BY: MIMI SUHAILA

This in my current favourite song. Basically i dont have specific favourite song because it keep changing like every day huhu i love to listen to any sort of music but more to ballad actually.

Here the lyric of Unintended by muse :

You could be my unintended
Choice to live my life extended
You could be the one I'll always love
You could be the one who listens
To my deepest inquisitions

You could be the one I'll always love
I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken
Pieces of the life I had before

You could be my unintended
Choice to live my life extended
You could be the one I'll always love
You could be the one who listens
To my deepest inquisitions
You could be the one I'll always love

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken
Pieces of the life I had before

First there was the one who challenged
All my dreams and all my balance
She could never be as good as you
You could be my unintended
Choice to live my life extended
You should be the one I'll always love

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken
Pieces of the life I had before
I'll be there as soon as I can

But I'm busy mending broken
Pieces of the life I had before
Before you
